East Port Logistics Park is being developed by the JSE-listed Fortress REIT Limited as part of their combined investment of R8 billion in South Africa’s logistics sector in the three major nodes – Durban, Cape Town, and Gauteng. As a major player in the South African property sector, Fortress REIT Limited’s investment portfolio now includes A-grade warehousing and logistics solutions to key players.


East Port Logistics is 500 000 m2 of prime logistics space, with access and exposure off the R21 and R25 main arterials. The first 20 000 m2 warehouse is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2018, as part of a 4-phase development plan with minority project partner M&T Development.


An A-grade warehousing development, located on the R21, close to O.R. Tambo International Airport will offer tenants access to suppliers and enterprise partners worldwide. The site offers a 9-lane access and egress with 24-hour gated security.
